1974-1982

Establishment and Early Growth

March 19, 1974 – Building Care Corporation (BCC) was established, with Leopard Security and Investigation Agency as a department.

March 6, 1978 – El Tigre Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. (TSIA) was founded.

October 30, 1979 – Leopard Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. (LSIA) was relaunched as its own company.

1979 – Bicol Satellite Office –  Expansion of operations.

April 15, 1980 – Peak Industries Corporation (PIC) was founded.

July 21, 1981 – Jaguar Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. (JSIA) was founded.

1983-1999

Expansion of Security Services and Strengthening Operations

October 19, 1983 – The Security Training Academy of the Philippines, Inc. (SAPI) was established.

March 30, 1988 – Lynx Security and Investigation Agency, Inc. (LYSIA) was established.

March 16, 1992 – Leopard Integrated Security Services, Inc. (LINSI) was established. 

November 14, 1995 – Cougar Integrated Services, Inc. (CINSI) and Panther Integrated Services, Inc. (PINSI) were established.

August 27, 1999 – BCC Credit Corporation was established, entering the lending business to provide financial help to 
security guards.

2000-2013

Modernization and Infrastructure Growth

2000 – Development of Cybersecurity and Smart Payroll Systems – Automated BCC 
CAT Headquarters Smart 
Payroll System.

May 18, 2001 – BCC Security Technologies, Inc. was established, specializing in cybersecurity retail.

April 30, 2002 – BCC Diagnostic and Medical Services Corp. (BDMSC) was established.

December 16, 2005 – El Tigre Integrated Security Services, Inc. (TINSI) was founded.

January 12, 2006 – Lion Integrated Security Services, Inc. (LINSI) was established.

2014-2023

Innovation and Digital Transformation

2014 – BCC Credit Corporation – introduced a scholarship program to help the children of our employees specially our 
security guards.

May 9, 2018 – Ocelot Protective and Detective Agency, Inc. (OPDAI) was established, specializing in investigation and personal security protection.

2019 – ISO Certification – Achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification for all 15 agencies

2019 – Cebu Satellite Office – Expansion of operations

2022 – Investment in Human Resources Information System (BCC CAT HRIS), integrating all services into a single digital platform for our guards. 

2024 - 2025
